I popped into SOB's in New York City last night for Eric Roberson's Birthday show. He was in top form surrounded by friends, family and a faithful fan base. Even his pastor was in attendance and assumed the stage with Eric's father to offer a tiny taste of foot stomping ole time religion. My favorite part of the show was when Eric ripped into "Couldn't Hear Me," "Been in Love" and "Please Don't Leave Me," one after another. I snapped some pics (click on pics for larger views):
