Diddy: I Started the Skin Care Craze!
In promotion of his new album, Diddy has created his own online video diary, because a weekly reality show on MTV is just not a big enough platform.
You can watch Diddy wake up, or cross the street, or even promote the Danity Kane album (which is actually really good, by the way). Can you believe Diddy is giving this stuff away for free?
Our favorite clip is the one where Diddy lets the world know that his celebrity co-sign of Proactiv made it cool for Jessica Simpson and Alicia Keys to hawk the product after him. No disrespect to Vanessa Williams, we're sure.

If other artists begin video blogging, we wonder if Diddy will take credit for starting that trend too. Poor Ryan Leslie.

Diddy, Diddy, Diddy.... After this, he sued proactiv for 1.5 million claiming he still had bumps and breakouts. He wanted his money back and more. Proactiv does not work for men, especially men of color, with ingrown hairs. Acne treatment products are not formulated to help with common bumps and irritation from shaving. That may work for white women like Jessica Simpson and Britney Spears. But not me. The only thing that has ever helped my bumps is a product called Bump Down by Barc. Bought it at Rickys on 9th ave. I first read about it in Vibe and then heard Jaime Fox and Usher endorsing it supposedly for free. who knows. But its better than proactiv
