Hush, Hush, Pass: Chris Tucker, Halle Berry, Samuel L. Jackson, Snoop Dogg, Rick Fox
An older, broker, and heavier Chris Tucker is returning to his stand up roots. He's embarking on a short tour at small venues around the country, with more dates to be announced in the future. VC doesn't know if his routine is as funny as it was in his Def Comedy Jam days, but we hope so, man!
Halle (do we even need to say her last name?) not only turned 40 yesterday, but she got a new agent at ICM. As long as this one keeps her away from Catwoman 2 and a prequel to B.A.P.S., it's all good.
Samuel L. Jackson is the star of one of the most anticipated movies in a minute, Snakes on a Plane. In his downtime he likes to go incognegro and get his chat on in internet movie chat rooms. But if you don't want to wait to run into Gator Samuel L. in a random chat room, then you can get a personalized message from him thanks to the good people at S.O.A.P.
Snoop Dogg has has scored a guest spot on the Showtime comedy Weeds. In what is sure to be a star-making performance, he will play--wait for it--a weed smoker who is supplied by resident D-girl, Mary-Louise Parker. VC is confident that Snoop has done a lot of research for this role.
Rick Fox plans to get dirty in a new acting role. He's been cast in the upcoming FX drama Dirt as a high-profile basketball player who has marital problems. Now that's a stretch.

Chris tucker was funny. i saw him in Tallahassee a month or two ago. He is sharp, the crowd yelled out current events and he made everything funny; From North Korea to Lil' Kim's release.

A "broker" Chris Tucker? Uhh...dude is one of the highest (if not THE highest) paid actors because of those Rush Hour movies.

Lol. I wonder how many weeks it took Snoop to train for that role. I'm loving this VC blog! It's fun, informative and witty!
