Usher got rave reviews for his Broadway debut in Chicago last night. Cast in the role of Billy Flynn, Usher sang and danced his way across the stage in front of a hooting and hollering celebrity-filled audience.

Contrary to popular reports, the Black Eyed Peas have not broken up. Damn. The hip pop group is simply taking a break but will be back in full effect with a Christmas 2007 release, according to Will.I.Am who is busy working on multiple projects, including his own.

Continuing in the tradition of artists making music videos based on movies, Akon will recreate the 1982 movie 48 Hours in the video for "Smack That," the first single off of his next album. Eminem and actor Eric Roberts will costar in the clip.

Alicia Keys urges her female fans to encourage their male partners to wrap it up. No glove, no love, man! VC hearts Alicia for continuing to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS.

Someone who should have heeded Ms. Keys' advice and used a jimmy hat is Christina Aguilera's best friend producer Scott Storch who was recently slapped with a paternity suit by a Miami woman. Dalene "Dae" Jennifer Daniel has come forward with a four-month-old bundle of joy named Jalen Scott Storch and claims that the hitmaker is her baby daddy.
