Hush, Hush, Pass: Suge Knight Calls Snoop Out, 50 Cent Pops Off On Oprah, Paul Mooney Renounces the N-Word, Eve Shops Til She Drops
Suge Knight and Snoop Dogg are back at it with their war of words. Suge spoke with the New York Post in response to some comments Snoop made in a recent Rolling Stone article. According to Suge, Snoop keeps avoiding jail time for his various offenses because he's a snitch and runs crying to the police when he feels threatened. Something tells us that Suge and Snoop won't be exchanging gifts this Christmas.
Vibe's December co-cover boy 50 Cent just can't keep Oprah's name out of his mouth. In the January issue of Elle the rapper calls Oprah an Oreo, amongst other things. Memo to 50: Give it up already. Oprah aint thinking 'bout him. She's too busy building schools in Africa and trying to uplift the race. Furthermore, what is Curtis doing in the glossy women's fashion mag anyway? As Wendy Williams would say, "How you doin', Fiddy?"
In a stunning development, comedian Paul Mooney has vowed to stop using the word nigger in his act. Negrodamus has taken a stand against the inflammatory word after the Michael Richards hot racial mess. Mooney was one of those who popularized the word when he wrote jokes for Richard Pryor back in the day. However, he has had an epiphany with the recent Kramer madness and decided to nip and tuck the word from his on-stage vocabulary. In addition, Mooney will also not be using the word bitch anymore either, but substitute "heifer" in its place.
Rapper, actress, and MAC spokeswoman Eve took NYC by storm yesterday to promote World AIDS Day, which is this Friday December 1. During her multiple stops around the city she managed to get some shopping in at a lingerie store in SoHo, dropping almost 3 G's on undergarments. Those must be some draws.
